New Building Next to Marketplace

This is the corner building of three buildings at 1700 Park St at the corner of Buena Vista Ave and right next to the Marketplace. This building is brand new and sits on what used to be a car dealership.

The developer, Bill Phua, envisions some type of sit-down restaurant for this building, but he wants to ask the community exactly what type of restaurant you would like it to be. It could be one large restaurant or divided into two.

There are also two other buildings so feel free to suggest anything you'd like to see there as well.
