The is looking for a computer savy volunteer who can assist it in optimizing, configuring and upgrading its computers, network and shared printers.
The non-profit runs various operating systems (Windows Professional,Windows 2000, XP), and has wireless and wired printers and a peer to peer network.
The ideal volunteer should be very familiar with PCs running Microsoft Operating Systems, networks, routers and wireless printers. Anyone familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Access, is especially needed.

The Alameda Food Bank is located on Thau Way and has a warehouse on Alameda Point. It exclusively serves qualifying Alameda residents in need and has been in operation since 1977. Approximately 1 in 13 Alamedans are currently relying on the Alameda Food Bank for food.
