Why has the parking lot at Webster and Taylor been allowed to become a trash dump?
The mattress you see leaning against the tree has been there for over a month. The assorted cushions and old tires in the foreground have been there a while too.
Atop all that, the street sweeping vehicles never go into the lot and it is choking in dead leaves.
