Liz Varela, Executive Director of Building Futures with Women and Children will speak to the Kiwanis Club of Alameda on August 13th. The Kiwanis meet at noon at the Elks Lodge, 2255 Santa Clara Avenue in Alameda. Lunch is optional. Kiwanis are volunteers changing the world through service to children and communities.
