Shortly after 6 p.m. I was driving West on Otis near South Shore and saw a person lying on the ground in the street with onlookers bending over them. Did a pedestrian get hit? Because I was in moving traffic I didn't get a good view. There was a car stopped by the person. No police or ambulance on the scene, however. I'm assuming it had just happened.
