Boris is Declawed and Loves to Lounge

Each week, Alameda Patch will highlight an adoptable animal that's waiting for a "forever" home" at the FAAS Alameda Animal Shelter for a 'forever home." Information is provided by Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAA

I'm BORIS and I'm a mellow kind of guy who loves to be petted and lounge around. I'm about 6 years old and very special because I'm declawed. I don't like to go outside because it's too scary since I can't defend myself. I'll happily stay indoors with you and be your best friend.

Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) is located at 1590 Fortmann Way in Alameda. The shelter is open Wednesdays from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Thursdays-Sundays from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. The shelter is open regular hours during the holiday season. Please visit the FAAS website at www.alamedashelter.org for more information or call 510-337-8565.
