From an Alameda Free Library press release:
On October 21, 2012 from 3-4 p.m., the Alameda Free Library (1550 Oak Street) is hosting Certified Holistic Health Coach, Agneta Sundberg as she explores the topic of breast health.
Drawing on her education from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and the wisdom of her Swedish grandmother, Agneta will help us understand how integrated our life and heath are and give us ways to reduce and/or relieve the stress our bodies are constantly under. Along with facts about breast health and cancer prevention, Agneta will teach easy movements to reduce tension in the neck and shoulders and speak about the importance of correct breathing for overall health. There will also be a question and answer period.
If you wonder what steps to take to improve your breast health, or find those steps difficult to implement, or if you have a “sweet tooth” or craving and aren’t sure of their impact on breast health, then this is the perfect seminar for you.
For more information, or to register, please call Agneta at 510 689-6817 or the Library Reference Desk at 510-747-7713 or 510-747- 7714.Don't miss a day of Alameda news, opinion and events. Sign up here for the Alameda Patch morning e-newsletter. And 'like' us on Facebook!
