Alameda Children’s Musical Theatre Debuts 'Wizard of Oz' Musical Tonight

There will be 7:30 p.m. evening shows on May 10, 11, 17 and 18. It will also hold 2 p.m. matinees on May 12 and 19.

Join Dorothy and Toto as they are whisked out of Kansas into a magical world filled with munchkins, witches, flying monkeys, a wizard and true friends in the Alameda Children’s Musical Theatre's musical performance of the Wizard of Oz.

This timeless classic for children of all ages will be held at the Encinal High School stage with 7:30 p.m. evening shows on May 10, 11, 17 and 18. It will also hold 2 p.m. matinees on May 12 and 19.

Directed by Gene Kahane with musical direction and choreography by Anna Joham and starring the talented kids of Alameda.
