Concert at the Cove

The popular Concerts at the Cove music series returns this summer to Alameda, on three Friday evenings: June 8, July 13, and August 10. The free outdoor programs will take place on the lawn adjacent to the Crab Cove Visitor Center, located at 1252 McKay Avenue in Alameda. Each evening features free family-friendly musical entertainment, in a festive outdoor setting with beautiful views of San Francisco Bay.

On Friday, June 8, enjoy the vintage surf rock sounds of the California Beach Boys, featuring the classic harmonies made famous by the Beach Boys. Dance along to beach-inspired favorites like “Surfin’ USA”, “Wipe Out”, and “Good Vibrations”!

Pre-concert entertainment begins at 4:30, with a variety program by Alameda’s Got Talent, and a nature program at the visitor center. Bring your blanket or lawn chairs. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Please, no alcoholic beverages. The concert runs from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
