The beautiful and historic live/work Cotton Mill Studios, located in the Jingletown Arts District in East Oakland, will be exhibiting the artwork of resident artists in addition to non-residential artists for its second F3 (Third Fridays) exhibition. Exhibiting artwork consists of various media including paintings, sculpture, photography, jewelry, perfume, fashion, metalwork, and woodwork.

 

Exhibiting Cotton Mill Studios artists are: Dee Adams, Jacob Cohen, Tyese Cooper, The Hammersmith Guild Design Group, Monika Harris, RW Hawkins, Zoe Hong, Paul Kardash, Chris Palmatier, Libby Patterson, Adele Richert, Candy Stoner, Michael Taft, Elizabeth Tennant, Susan Tuttle, and more. 

 

FLOAT Gallery, located in the Cotton Mill Studios building, will be open from 6 to 9 p.m., featuring encaustic collages by Shelly Gerrish and kinetic sculpture by Benjamin Cowden in "The Mechanics of Texture" exhibit. 

 

Free shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Fruitvale BART station to Cotton Mill Studios from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Look for the F3 logo on the shuttle van.
