DocuFilm Friday at Chabot Space & Science Center!

Looking for something fun & educational to do on your summer Friday night? Come take in an eye-opening film from The Video Project on Chabot's giant screen MegaDome Theater Enjoy a different documentary each weekend in July and August at the Chabot Space & Science Center Where else can you find free parking, amazing shows and views you just can’t beat?  Showtimes at 6 and 8:30 p.m. Don't forget to check out the stellar view through the telescopes after the movie!

The film on August 26 will be 'Into Eternity': "The world's nuclear power plants have generated an estimated 300,000 tons of high-level radioactive waste that must be safely stored for 100,000 years or more. Every year, they generate another 12,000 metric tons of high-level waste. Into Eternity is the first feature documentary to explore the mind-boggling scientific and philosophical questions long-term nuclear waste storage poses."
