A.G. Ferrari Foods Buys Bay Farm Building for $1.7 Million

The building will be used to prepare foods for the company's specialty grocery stores in the Bay Area.

A.G. Ferrari Foods, a specialty food importer and grocer with seven stores in the Bay Area, has purchased a 17,000-square-foot building on Bay Farm Island for $1.78 million, according to an article published Tuesday on the San Francisco Business Times website.

The company plans to use the building to prepare foods for its stores, the article says.

The property, at 2000 North Loop Road, was sold by G8 Capital, which acquired it from Gracepoint Fellowship Church in a sale and trade deal, the article says. The building at one time served as the church's business offices.
