TCHO is New American Chocolate fusing obsession with innovation via TCHOSource. “TCHOSource is our unique sourcing program, designed to obtain the best beans in the world while enabling the producers of those beans to earn a better living.” Jerushah Fitzpatrick is a Store Associate, Tour Docent and Events Representative at TCHO Chocolate. Jerushah chose to do Sommelier training to better understand the intrinsic relationship between wine and food and why they are both so appealing. She tasted through Berryessa Gap wines and has developed complementary and contrasting dark chocolate pairings to go with Berryessa Gap Tempranillo, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah.
