A skin care studio has just opened its doors on Central Avenue.

Located at 2500 Central Avenue, Glow Skin Therapy offers waxing, brow tinting and LED light therapy in addition to skin care services.

Owner and therapist Laura Job was born and raised in Alameda and opening the studio has been her dream since she became a California State Licensed Esthetician (L.E.) in 2009.

After receiving her license at State Board, Joy continued her education in skin care by taking classes at the International Dermal Institute in San Francisco. She has experience working in both the salon and spa environments.
