South Shore Center has several vacancies in the interior. We would like to know what you would like to see fill these empty spaces.
In the past several years South Shore Center has gone through major renovations, an ownership change, and has reverted back to its original name. Acquired by Jamestown in early 2011, the property is home to a variety of national and local retail and restaurant brands, offering both convenience and destination services. Known as South Shore Center until 2002 when the previous owners renamed it Alameda Towne Centre, Jamestown restored the “South Shore Center” name as part of a comprehensive rebranding effort.
The larger tenants like Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Kohl’s and others have been stable in their anchor locations and last year South Shore Center added several new tenants including DB Shoes, Total Women, Ulta, Bay 6, Daiso and others. However, several of the interior spaces are still vacant. What kind of shops and restaurants would you like to see here?
