Bank of Alameda/Bank of Marin supports Alameda Food Bank’s Annual Turkey Distribution

Bank of Alameda/Bank of Marin was pleased to be a part of the Alameda Food Bank’s Annual Turkey Distribution on Tuesday, November 26.  Turkeys, fresh produce and stuffing were distributed to 435 people.

During the event, Alameda Food Bank Executive Director Troy Gilbert was presented with a $1,000 donation from Bank of Alameda/Bank of Marin’s Market Manager, John Jacobs. The donation went towards the purchase of close to 100 turkeys from Encinal Market. The Executive Director has only been on the job four weeks, and he’s making a huge impact already.
