Youth Baseball Team Qualifies for Elite World Series

The All Out 9U baseball team is raising funds for a trip to compete against teams throughout the nation

“All Out” 9U participated in the Spring Super NIT tournament at Twins Creeks Sports Complex the weekend of April 13-14. The team went 3-1-1 over the weekend, capping things off with an impressive 14-5 win over the Nor Cal Trojans of Tracy in the championship game.

With the tournament win, the team has qualified to play in the Elite 32 World Series in Florida, August 3rd – 10th.  This is a HUGE deal. A berth for this tournament can only be earned by winning the Major regional Super NIT tournament.  Just two teams representing Northern California will travel to Florida…. And only 32 teams from all over the nation are given this opportunity.

Tournament MVP honors went to Connor McCarthy (who attends school in Alameda) and All Tournament team honors went to Daniel Garcia, Dominic Charles and Marcus Rodriguez
