    Why Go: This is the second weekend of the play Beekeeper. Written by Jennifer Lynne Roberts, the play follows the story of Oleta, who has to face her past when she returns to the place where she grew up after her father mysteriously dies.

    Why Go: This 2009 film tells the story of how Alaska passed the State Anti-Discrimination Act, the first in the U.S., a whole 19 years before the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

    Why: Local photographers were invited to take pictures at the local dog parks and submit them to this exhibit. Find out which photographer is top dog and who will get the prize of a year membership to the .

    Why Go: Hear a talk given by Sri Subramaniam, who was personally trained by Al Gore to spread the word about climate change impacts and possible solutions. She will speak about needed changes in energy use and production.
