Alameda Backyard Growers November Meeting - Master Gardener Series.  Learn what to do in November to both put your garden to bed for the winter and prepare it for next spring. Sam Foushee, Alameda  County Master Gardener, will talk about planting cover crops, mulching, late planting and caring for your plants and soil as winter approaches.  Sam has decades of experience growing vegetables year round in our coastal climate and both manages and gardens in the Emeryville Community Organic Garden.
