Every year most people start with the same New Year’s resolution. This year we have a 9-Day Weight Loss program to support you in making it happen. By the time most people have abandoned their resolutions, you will have made significant changes in your health. Start the year off feeling inspired. 2/12 Words & Wellbeing book club meeting. Nourishing Wisdom: A Mind-Body Approach to Nutrition and Well-Being, is about creating a conscious relationship with eating and food.
2/19 Celebration Dinner and Raffle with the people who have completed the programs 9-Day Weight Loss and the 21-Day Detox programs.
