Alameda Family Support New Parent Group

Support Group for Parents of infants now forming. Mondays, 10a-12p, 6 wk session, $150. For those who feel a little more comfortable in a smaller, facilitated group - please join us! Great way to start the new year - and get out of the house on these winter days. Make friends you and your child may have for years to come. Included are a session of newborn massage, a partner gathering, lactation/feeding help, as well as a visit with a perinatal therapist if desired. We talk about sleep, self-care, newborn/ infant care, making the transition from partners to parents - basically: surviving/thriving in those early months! Resources & referrals, lending library.
