  Often as heads of business, large or small, we tend to neglect our own health and wellbeing.  Make time for yourself and attend this month’s Breakfast Mixer.
Our guest speaker is Dr. Lori-Ann Gertonson , founder of The Gertonson Institute, A Creating WellnessCenter.  Dr.Lori-Ann Gertonson , is dedicated to helping people to heal from within and create wholeness in their lives. As a leading edgehealer, practitioner, speaker and consultant she brings a new perspective to health and healing. She is an expert in Personal development, Well-being, and lifestyle management helping people to transform their lives at home and at work.                                                                       

Topic: Workplace Wellness and Healthcare Reform: What Small Business Owners Need to Know.
Learn how small-business owners looking for “Ways to boost their bottomline “might want to focus on their workers’ health and  wellbeing.  Learn what healthcare reform means for small business.          

Be sure and bring your business cards and materials for networking.There will be a special raffle as well.

The menu for this event includes: fresh fruit from our own El Cerrito Farmers Market, two types of quiche from Fatapples, Danish pastry from Semifreddies, coffee & tea from Starbucks, juice and bottled water.
