This 90 minute class, for adults with a minimum of six months prior ballet training, provides a challenging workout that develops both physical and mental fitness. Class includes a full barre followed by center work that includes adagio, turns, jumps, and traveling excercises. New steps are introduced with clear instruction and a focus on proper alignment.
