Vinyasa Class with Tatiana - At Island Yoga
What is it like?
A dynamic vinyasa-style class that promotes strength, flexibility, endurance, and curiosity. The focus is on alignment, breath, and mind-body connection while creating awareness around what each posture offers.
What will we do in class?
We will first stretch and warm up. All poses will be shown and adjustments will be offered. Sometimes there is a short seated meditation. Some other times practice will be sprinkled with inversions and arm balances. The week when there is a full moon, we will do a moon practice (slower pace). All classes end with a yummy savasana (relaxation). All levels are welcome.
