Self-Acupressure and Reflexology
In the Mastick Social Hall on Tuesday, September 10, 17, and 24 from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm, Helen Calhoun, M.Ed., Certified Acupressure Practitioner, will provide instruction on practical self-help acupressure for various ailments, as well as deep breathing techniques. This class is $30 with payments made to ARPD. Open to all adults age 50 years +.
