All cancer survivors who have registered with the 2012 Relay for Life of Alameda are invited upstairs at Tucker's to enjoy good company and a free dish of ice cream, courtesy of Tucker's. (Guests can purchase their own.) Relay for Life is a 24-hour community campout benefitting the American Cancer Society, and will take place on June 23-24 at Encinal High School track. Survivors are the reason we relay; all cancer survivors are encouraged to register for this year's relay as part of a team, an independent walker, or simply to take part in the Survivor Lap immediately after the opening ceremonies.
