'Hazardous Weather' Likely Through Sunday

Wet weather will make for slick roads, airport delays, flooding, downed trees and power outages.

 

Keep your eyes on the road when you're driving and make sure you have flashlight batteries at home.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather warning for Tuesday through Sunday, predicting gusty winds throughout the Bay Area and possible flooding in low-lying urban areas.

"Thunderstorms with small hail are possible over the weekend," according to the forecast, which added that "rain could be heavy at times and lead to poor driving conditions."
