A few years back, I had just gotten home from a trip abroad and immediately jumped in the shower.  After I got done and was toweling off, I noticed that I could still hear the water running.  While in the shower, one of the pipes apparently burst.  So glad that my complex has a 24/7 maintenance service.  Only minimal flood damage was had thankfully!
