Alameda Car Wash

Went this morning to get our cars cleans and found out they have CLOSED there doors.
Alameda Car Wash has been there for over 40 years……
Does anyone know why they closed? I heard that the new owners of the shopping center may have forced them out…..is that true?  If so, Alameda Center will lose a lot of customers.
