Fitness Friday: Begin in the Begin

Keeping air in the tires.

Last Friday  to try a different approach to exercise each week. Many readers offered their most excellent suggestions — thank you so much. My to-do list is long!

Sunday night, my neighbor texted, inviting me to try one of the two classes she planned on attending Monday down at .

I confess I was intimidated by the names: Body Pump and Body Attack.

"We can either do Body Pump from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or Body Attack from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Or both. I will probably do both," she wrote.

She's in good shape. She runs half-marathons and whatnot.

"What is the difference between Body Attack and Body Pump?" I wrote back, nervous.

It was a good place to start.

Hopefully you wear a helmet, Eve! (I see lots of parents riding with kids where the kids have helmets but the parents don't - the pavement doesn't care if your melon is 10 years old or 30 or 40 or whatever....) Good for you - keep it up!
