There’s a large vacant space at 1336-C Park Street at Central right behind Tomatina. We’d like to get your suggestions on what you would like to see here.
This space was originally a Vaudeville theatre built in 1904. More recently it was used as an office. It still has many of the original interior and exterior features like exposed brick and pressed tin ceilings. The owner believes this would space would be great for some type of nightlife or entertainment: for example, a nice restaurant, bar, upscale club, or a live music venue. Several of you have asked for a live music venue before, so this could be the spot.
