Parking Question

I recently started working over by Central & Park, and already got 3 tickets because I was unaware of the 2hr limit.

I called the parking garage to inquire about the monthly permit, and I was put on a waiting list, same for the lot by Kaiser, and the one by Troy.

Are there any residential areas that are non-metered or without a time limit? I just need temporary parking till a monthly space opens up.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
