Don't Lend That Phone! Alameda Police Warn of Cell Phone Thefts

Alameda Police are warning residents of recent cell phone thefts. 

According to a Nixle Alert from Alameda Police, "Over the last few weeks we have had several thefts of cell phones where the suspect has asked to borrow the victim's cell phone to make a phone call. Once the suspect has the cell phone, they flee with it."
