Traffic Advisory: Road Closures in Alameda for Mayor's 4th of July Parade
Police official warn residents to expect delays due to the closures on July 4.

The Alameda Police Department Traffic Section would like to inform all businesses and residents that on Friday, July 4, there will be significant traffic delays and road closures throughout the entire city for the Mayor’s Annual 4th of July Parade.
The affected roadways will start to be shut down at 6:00 a.m. with complete closure by 9:00 a.m. All motorists (and residents) are asked to keep their vehicles off the parade route and to not move any road barricades or barriers. It is anticipated that the entire parade route will be re-opened to traffic after 3:00 p.m.
