All-Hands Meeting For CERT Grads

An important meeting for graduates of the Alameda CERT program takes place Tuesday, March 27

 

This Tuesday, March 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. graduates of the City of Alameda's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) are being asked to attend an "All Hands" meeting at the , 1550 Oak Street.

The Alameda CERT Executive Committee in partnership with the is extending the invitation to the team's graduates.

The meeting is being described by organizers as "very important" because team members will learn about changes to the Alameda CERT Graduate Program, team organization and program development for 2012.

At the event participants will find out about new CERT Districts and where the new CERT District Rally Points are located, they will meet their district coordinators and get a tour of the new CERT website.

Additionally they will receive a new copy of the CERT team standard operating procedures.

On sale at the event will be CERT logo merchandise available for purchase by check or cash only.

Light refreshments will be served and there will be a door prize given away.
