You can watch meetings held in the city council chambers on Alameda's public channel, Comcast channel 15 and AT&T channel 99. Alternatively, you can watch live streaming video on your computer — or catch up on meetings you missed via the video archives.
You can watch, but you may not be able to hear. Telecasts have been plagued by sound distortion, while the sound quality on video is sometimes so poor that meetings are inaudible.
