Oakland Says No to Tidewater Marijuana Dispensary

NOTICE FROM THE CITY OF ALAMEDA 

Please be advised that 4709 Tidewater Avenue was not approved as a site for a cannabis dispensary in the City of Oakland.

The emails and comments voiced at the public hearing held on Jan 5, 2012, and all the subsequent emails received, were taken into consideration by the hearing officer.

The applicants have been conditionally selected for a permit. They now have four months in which to find an acceptable /approved site or lose the conditional award.
