Planning Board: Flea Market, Storage Shed

The board meets at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.

The Alameda Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, in the City Hall council chambers, 2263 Santa Clara Ave.

Among the items on the agenda: a six-month review of the conditional use permit for the weekend flea market at College of Alameda (on the consent calendar); changes to parking plans at Satellite Housing's 19-unit affordable housing project at 2216 Lincoln Ave. (consent calendar); and design review for a proposed storage structure at 1518 Webster St.

Design review for a new 700 sq. ft. kindergarten classroom at St. Joseph Elementary School, 1011 Chestnut St., was originally on the agenda, but the applicant has requested a postponement until Oct. 8.
