The morning's activities kick off at 10 a.m. with arts and crafts, lawn games, beach exploration and a special interactive mobile fish exhibit this year for the first time.

The egg scramble starts at 11:40 a.m. It begins promptly and those participating need to bring their own basket to collect their goodies.

Families are encouraged to bring their own camera to take photos of their child with the bunny who will be on hand to greet them.

The Alameda Youth Committee (AYC) will sell snacks at the event.
