This is a ZUMBA® Fitness Party Benefiting The LUPUS Foundation of America, Inc. "....Someone you know has LUPUS"
Join us in raising funds to support the research of finding the CAUSES of and CURE for LUPUS.
(Lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease that can damage any part of the body (skin, joints, and/or organs inside the body)....Anyone can get lupus, but it most often affects women. The cause of lupus is not known. Symptoms of lupus vary, and may come and go. The times when a person is having symptoms are called flares, which can range from mild to severe. New symptoms may appear at any time. AND There is no single test to diagnose lupus. It may take months or years for a doctor to diagnose lupus.)
Those Living with Lupus, deal with the DIS-EASE of dailiy living not knowing when the next flare may occur, BUT studies have shown that outside of having a good support system (family, friends and support groups)....Finding ways to relax and EXERCISING MAKES COPING EASIER!!!
So please come out and support the Lupus Foundation of America and those living with Lupus at this ZUMBA® Fitness Party Presented by Nicole Davenport and LaDonna White (with guest instructors: Tennishia Kirtz, Erin Thompson, Sara Khan and Maria LaBrie!!!
7:00pm - 7:30pm..."Mix & Mingle" (light appetizers will be available)
7:30pm - 9:00pm...."Shake it, Don't Break it!"
