MLK Jr. Day of Service at Regional Shoreline

Help with habitat restoration and invasive plant removal Monday morning at Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline

Celebrate the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday Monday by helping with habitat restoration and invasive plant removal at the regional shoreline that bears his name.

The East Bay Regional Park district is holding a day of service at the Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Park and register at the Peppermint Gate staging area, at Oakport Street between East Creek Slough and Damon Slough, Oakland.

Advance registration is encouraged. Register online or call 888-327-2757.
