Coastal Cleanup in Alameda

Alameda volunteers are taking part in the 27th Annual Coastal Cleanup Day Saturday morning by tidying up Robert W. Crown Memorial State Beach along Shoreline Drive, near Park Street.

Didn't sign up in advance? No problem. Event registration staff will be located on Shoreline Drive at Park Street beginning at 8:30 a.m. and will assign volunteers to a start site.

Please bring a reusable water bottle, reusable bucket or bag and your own gloves. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
