Entrepreneurs Helping Each Other at April Art Murmur in Oakland

Entrepreneurs supporting entrepreneurs

Tisa Watts of mouse & fork had a fabulous set up for the April  Art Mumur at Uptown Body & Fender. Giovanna Tanzillo seems to be right there to support artists and small businesses. It was my first Art Murmur and I'll be back.

Tisa's fantastic gift baskets are unique. Loved them.  Tisa's friend Lori Falkell of Pawderosa Pet Care Service came by to help. It's so much easier to have a collegue nearby who can "brag" about your product. It makes for a great tag team. Tisa and Lori were inspiring. I loved hearing both of their stories about their business.

Love shopping local. Let's all reach out to our fellow entrepreneurs and show some love today.

Thank you for the nice shout-out, Wendy! We had a wonderful time at Oakland's Art Murmur, where we met so many nice Bay Area folks enjoying good food, great art, and fantastic people-watching. It's a really lovely vibe. Keep an eye on Mouse & Fork, too -- we're making changes to launch a special local East-Bay oriented service soon!

Thanks for the great tips, Wendy. I will definitely check out Pawderosa Pet Care Service this weekend for cool things for Prince Malcolm, the Great Feline of California.
