I have been writing about, and attending meetings about, Alameda Point for over a decade. My primary interest right now is with our environmental stewardship at Alameda Point. In the spring of 2011 I became a member of the Alameda Point Restoration Advisory Board (RAB), which reviews and gives input on environmental cleanup of the former Naval Air Station. My opinions are my own and not those of the RAB.
In an effort to highlight cleanup issues for the public that does not require carrying home binders full of documents, and to call attention to opportunities for wetlands and natural habitat restoration and expansion, and public access, I created a blog called Alameda Point Environmental Report.
