The goal of Alameda Pirates Football and Cheer is to make a positive difference in the lives of the children and youths of our community enabling them to achieve their highest potential.We are equally committed to our volunteers and staff by providing the training and the support needed to improve and grow as individuals, which in turn will improve the one on one and group skills needed to mentor and build strong relationships.

The Alameda Pirates truly value those lifelong relationships as a tool to help build the character of strong, self reliant individuals and to achieve our ultimate vision of having participants leave our organization as confident, competent, and compassionate future leaders of our surrounding communities. The Alameda Pirates are looking forward to another season of providing a high quality introductory experience to football and cheer leading.

We take pride in the outstanding program that we have developed over the past 12 years. We continue to stand by our values and out commitment to you and your children. Our current board members and coaches are keenly aware of how some organizations run with the attention focused on a few coach's "favorite kids", while ignoring the development of the rest of the players.

Our organization's emphasis is on developing a TEAM concept where every player is an integral part and each participant is as valuable as the other. We look forward to the future and renew our commitment of running a program where all children are welcome (we never cut players), hard work and respect are required and most importantly the rewards and relationships made are positive and life altering.
