Former journalist, and voice of the blog Working Moms Break, Katrina Alcorn shares Maxed Out: American Moms on the Brink. Part memoir, part journalistic research, Katrina's insights examine what it means to be a working mom today, and how to bounce back healthier, happier, and more productive when the pressure becomes too much.
In addition to her book, Alcorn writes about issues related to moms on a variety of blogs including The Huffington Post, The Today Show, and Momrising.
