Mindful Recovery
This group is designed for anyone associated with 12 Step Recovery who is also interested in meditation and mindfulness. We meet every 1st & 3rd Friday of each month and are donation based (there are no fees). We gather at 7 pm, meditate for 30 minutes, take a short break, present a reading, then open the meeting for sharing. We have been meeting since January 2013 and have welcomed people from AA, OA, Alanon, NA, FA, etc.... - All are welcome.
