Police Ask Public's Help in Locating Missing Alameda Woman

Harriet Holbroook, 68, was last seen about noon on Saturday.

From an Alameda Police Department bulletin:

The Alameda Police Department requests the public’s assistance in locating missing adult Harriet Holbrook. Harriet suffers from the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease and may be in need of assistance. She was last seen at noon Saturday, Dec. 28, in front of her residence in Alameda. 


Harriet is a 68-year-old white female. She is 5’-05”, approximately 110 lbs., and has shoulder-length grey and black hair and brown eyes. Harriet may be wearing her glasses. She was last seen dressed in a blue zippered, hooded sweat jacket, blue jeans and hiking boots. Harriet was in the company of her brown medium-sized chocolate Labrador retriever and is likely walking with the dog.
