Red-tailed Hawk - Northern Harrier close-up on Nature Reserve

Red-tailed Hawks are regulars on the wide open runway area at Alameda Point, but are usually flying too high for a good photograph.  Northern Harriers are regular visitors, but difficult to spot and rarely photographed.
